Join us for our the 2016 Harvest Hustle 5K/1K on Sunday, October 16 in downtown Portland. All proceeds will support the Institute on Development and Disability and Camp Odakoda, a camp for adolescents with autism. Families throughout the region turn to the IDD for care, compassion, and resources for infants, children, and adults with developmental disabilities or special health needs. In addition to clinical service, the IDD actively participates in research, public health/community outreach, and education/training to continuously improve knowledge and practice while working with patients and families in the hospital, in outpatient clinics, or in the patients home.
We had a great turnout this past October and are hoping for a bigger turnout in 2016! It will be a great time for competitive athletes, families, advocates, and those who wish to participate in a community event that will have a lasting impact on thousands of adolescents with disabilities. We hope you can join us for an event that will be filled with wonderful people, great food and music!
